Spencer Grammer was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Spencer Grammer is child of Kelsey Grammer, the actor. Helene Fischer was born in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk in Russia, and later she joined the Soviet Union as the second daughter of Peter Fischer and Maria Fischer.
